Acer Partner Program – Solution Competence Center It is a multi-national team providing presales and post-sales support to Acer Platinum and Gold Partners The activities of the SCC (Solution Competence Centre) Lab include: Hardware test & Verification Solution building Software Verification and helps to create Technical Documentation including Technical Bulletins, FAQ Documents, White papers, Solution Guides, “How To Guides”, and training material. The live outputs from the SCC Lab include: Create Demo Area for Partners/End Users (applications and solutions) Training environments (e.g. “Train the trainer” Program) Dealer Partners can touch and test Acer equipment on-site Remote testing for Partners
