Performance Improvements (PI) Limited 1 Pump C – Head Efficiency Drop Sudden Efficiency Drop to 89.4% (previous averages not below 91.5%) highlighting problem with pump – next step is to determine why this happening

Performance Improvements (PI) Limited 2 Pump B – Previous Failure 1. Thrust Bearing Temperature Increasing over the 60 Day period 2. Pump Trips on Bearing temperature (105ºC) 3. Attempts to Restart Fail, Bearings integrity failed

Performance Improvements (PI) Limited 3 Pump C – Heading to Failure 1. Notice Similar Raise in Active Thrust Bearing Temperature – Indicating potentially heading towards Failure 2. Pump Flowrate Throttled back, at which point Bearings Temperature settles out, no further cool down due to deterioration of bearings, however, operation at higher temperature possible until turn- around shutdown replacement

Performance Improvements (PI) Limited 4 Pumps A + B - Thrust Bearing Temperature Comparisons The Above shows a comparison of a A pump (Healthy) and C Pump (Lost Efficiency) Bearing Temperatures 1. A and C Pump Outboard Inactive Thrust Bearings – Similar Temperatures 2. Pump A Inboard Active Thrust Bearing at Expected Temperature (63ºC) 3. Pump C Inboard Active Thrust Bearing above expected Temperature (77ºC)

Performance Improvements (PI) Limited 5 Sandwash + Injection Efficiency Drop Shown on First Slide 1. Flowrate to Water Injection 2. Water Injection and Sand Jetting Operating at same time Cause Determination: suspected Sand Erosion, like cause due to Sand Jetting activities in Separators and Degassing Vessel without shutdown of Produced Water Re-Injection – allowing heavier sand load through to Water Injection Desanding Hydrocyclones, with increased potential for solids to reach Injection pumps.
