YES (Click) NO (Click) *A JSA customer who previously received **incapacity benefits (or has had an appeal decision delivered regarding the outcome of an IB re-assessment WCA) at any time within 6 months of their JSA claim. **incapacity benefits = Incapacity Benefit (IB), Severe Disablement Allowance (SDA) or Income Support (IS) on the grounds of illness or disability.
