Role of the DFZ Role of the Diaspora in this work will be predicated on the role of DFZ i.e. the facilitation of collaboration of various diaspora interventions/initiatives through information dissemination DFZ will facilitate resource mobilization for the identified gaps through the various diaspora networks and with individuals – both financial and human capital At the national level, DFZ will become the institutional face/platform for policy dialogue between govt, civil society and the diaspora Facilitate strategic thinking and generation of knowledge around social development, social services reconstruction etc
