Created The day starts with daily chanting. In 2004, [KAW-Z-Style] Circle activities were started at the instruction of the General Manager at that time. In 2006, [KAW-Z-Style] Circle activities have become a tool for training future leaders since the 1st Secretariat Meeting (April 2006) (Introduction) 15 circle groups Appointed leaders Activity period: Not limited 2006 (Education tool) 6 circle groups Rotated leaders Activity period: 6 months

I realized all the leaders had similar problems. I was inspired by their positive efforts. We cooks seldom make suggestions to our seniors. I was glad my style was accepted through circle activities. I felt like I had gone back to my school days. I felt so nervous about speaking in front of the board members, but they listened intently and my presentation finished in no time. I wasnt used to doing clerical work and was so worried, but I made it thanks to the secretariat. I told the next leader about it to ease his anxiety. The games we played in the training course were real fun. The solutions to various problems were practical and can be used in real work. Leaders views [KAW-Z-Style]
