HELAC WORKSHOP 5 A RESPONSE FROM KAREN RADFORD HERITAGE AND CONSERVATION MANAGER PRIORITIES OF STAKEHOLDERS

HELAC WORKSHOP 5 PRIORITIES OF STAKEHOLDERS The priorities of the conservation service need to be in accordance with agreed under-pinning principles of conservation, with the specific reference to Cheltenham. These underpinning principles need to correspond with national legislation and Government advice and policies, as well as being corresponding with Cheltenham Local Plan and the wider Planning system.
