Polyphony : 64 voices MIDI Channels : 16 ROM : 8MB, expandable to 16MB using PCMCIA ROM and RAM Card. Sounds : 512 preset 128 user programs, 400 preset and 100 user mixes, expandable using PCMCIA cards. Samples : 48kHz Linear samples General MIDI : GM compatible.

Keyboard Mode (Global Edit Mode) Out 01 – Out 16 In this Mode you will not hear your QS6 unless the sequencer is set up to echo back. Used when sequencing for other MIDI devices.

Keyboard Mode (Global Edit Mode) Normal – This mode is used if you have a Mix that is layered or sending to many midi channels at once.

Keyboard Mode (Global Edit Mode) Ch Solo – Use this mode if you are sequencing with the QS6 alone (no other external MIDI modules).

Program Assign for each MIDI Channel Assign Programs to the 16 channels of a MIX by using the Page Buttons

Organization of Sounds Banks – Presets 1-3, User and GM Bank Buttons – Two Rows, Top Row (00-120) is the Sound Group, Lower Row (0-9) are the Program/Mix Buttons (depending on the mode you are in) Each row of the Sound Group is labeled with the group of instruments it represents Each of these Sound Groups will have 10 sounds in banks Presets 1-3 and the User bank.

Global Edit Mode Press Edit  Bank Right, you can navigate through the pages by pressing the page right or left buttons. Global Edits are changes that affect the entire keyboard. Examples are changing pitch of the entire keyboard (half steps), Master Tune (in cents), Transpose (changes MIDI note data), and Keyboard Mode (already discussed).
