Twente  Training - technology transfer courses in selected application/commercial environments - tutorials on DL technologies organised in conjunction with international conferences (IFLA, FIAT/IFTA)

Current activities include:  organisation of exploratory Workshop in conjunction with 2 nd All-Russian DL Conference, Protvino Sept discussion of common problems between EU and Russian DL researchers  organisation of a Workshop at Al Akhawayn University in Ifrane, Morocco, Nov – – presentation of state-of-the-art by DELOS invited speakers – evaluation of areas for collaboration between EC-funded groups and partners from non-EU Mediterranean countries

Agreement for Cooperation on Digital Libraries between EC (5FP-IST-KAIII) and NSF Possible actions for DELOS NoE - in collaboration with NSF:  organisation of dissemination event to launch this agreement  organization of annual DL meetings, alternately in Europe and US, with presentation of DLI and EU projects and joint discussion sessions  creation of joint EU-US working groups on selected topics
