The Structure of the Proposal  Part A   A set of forms which collect basic information about the proposal and the proposers  Part B   Covers one after another, all the scientific/technical issues on which the proposal will be evaluated

Proposal Submission Process   Proposals might be submitted in any official EU language. If Proposal Language is not in English, a translation of the full proposal would be of assistance to the evaluators.  Paper or Electronic Submission  To arrive before the Deadline at the Address given in the Call text: Call identifier: FP Infrastructures-2 European Commission Rue de Genève, 1 B-1140 Brussels

Proposal Part A: Cost Models (FC) FC: FC: a full-cost model in which all actual direct and actual indirect costs may be charged to the contract

Proposal Part A: Cost Models (FCF) FCF: a simplified variant of the full-cost model, in which all actual direct costs may be charged to the contract, together with a flat-rate rate of 20% of all these direct costs, excluding subcontracts, which will be deemed to cover all related indirect costs;

Proposal Part A: Cost Models (AC) AC: AC: an additional-cost model, covering all direct costs that are additional to the recurring costs of a participant (with the exception of consortium management for which recurring costs would also be eligible), together with a flat-rate of 20% of all these direct costs, excluding subcontracts, which will be deemed to cover all related non-recurring indirect costs.

Proposal Part B: Specific Service Activities  Description of the Infrastructure and Services   Quality of the Infrastructure   If the infrastructure consists of a distributed ensemble, describe in detail the constituent parts that will be integrated   List the individual facilities that are relevant for the provision of the services offered and describe their relationship   Describe the state-of-the-art services offered   Quality of the Management   European added Value
