Federal Employee Health Benefit If elected - coverage continued for 24 months while in nonpay status DoD covered full premium Options – Continue coverage – Terminate – while covered by Transitional Tricare – Reinstate previously terminated coverage – Delay reinstatement - HRO Form 92-1 Important – Check LES to ensure premiums are properly deducted Check LES to ensure premium debt is not deducted while on LWOP-US while covered by a contingency order
