Page 2 General Services Department Risk Management Information System Executive Summary The Risk Management Division is the custodian of self insured retention funds which addresses Workers ’ Compensation, liability, and property premium collections and payments for incurred loss The new Risk Management Information System (RMIS) will assess and manage the location, extent and cost of loss. Objectives for RMIS Comply with EDI standards; Enable Actuarial, Trend Analyses and Carrier Evaluation; Enhance Reporting Capabilities; Lower Claims Cost and Overhead Expenses
