History of Los Angles Los Angles was founded on September 4th 1781 by Spanish people. The railroad arrived in Los angeles in In 1992, Los Angeles was witnessing by bloody riots caused by the case of Rodney King. Rodney King is an african-american citizen, he was being attacked by four policemen of Los Angeles police department (LAPD). 55 persons died and 2000 wounded.
