Follow the following structure of a case analysis

The full name of the case. The date. The source of reference.

Who are the litigants: plaintiff and defendant?

Give a brief background of the case. What is the relationship between the litigants.

What are the issues, the points of litigation?

The decision of the court concerning each issue.

What law has been applied at each issue?

The significance of the case for the IT law
