FLOW OF THE SOFTWARE CHRA SYSTEM The Plant’s are divided in to Workplace with unit and the Assessment Date. The Flow of the software will process as step from FORM A to FORM F. The Form A that will capture the Chemical Name and determine the Hazard rating following the DOSH Guidelines. The Form B will capture the data related to the Work Place such as the no of employee, nature of work etc. The Form C will capture the data of Degree of Chemical Released and Degree of Chemical Absorbed. The Form D will provide the conclusion according to the risk decision.
