GOALS: Increase the rate of admission Move from scheduled appointments to all walk-ins Increase the retention rate

Changes since NIATx: Change in the access model from all scheduled appointments gradually to all walk-in hours Increase workplace efficiency Simplified the policy handbook and intake forms Increased retention rate

Areas For Growth: Continue with the access model of all walk-ins and phase out scheduled appointments Gather precise and accurate data on future engagement and retention rates Focus on recruitment effort for Safe and Sound Return (SSR) clients – women reentering the community.
