SPAGHETTI ALLA CARBONARA Italian recipe
INGREDIENTS for oz spaghetti 3 oz bacon cubes 1 egg1.5 oz grated parmesan cheese 3 tablespoons olive oil Salt and pepper
DIRECTIONS ◦ - Saute the bacon with the oil in a large pan for 5 minutes. ◦ - Beat the egg in a small bowl together with the parmesan cheese and some freshly ground black pepper until you obtain a dense and creamy mixture. ◦ - Bring 3 liters of water to the boil, add 2 tablespoons of cooking salt, then boil the spaghetti for the time written on the package (usually 6-8 minutes). ◦ - Drain the spaghetti and add them to the pan (almost cold), mix all to coat the past with the oil, then add the egg's cream and mix again. ◦ - Serve.
