Some of Our Responsibilities To One Another Based on our relationship to Christ, we must fulfill our responsibilities to one another

Introduction As Christians, we are uniquely related to Christ by obedient faith All the Lord’s commands stem from this primary relationship with Him He has commanded us not only in salvation, worship and work with a local church but also to serve one another To be faithful to the Lord we must fulfill all obligations to Him including duties to one another

Our Relationship To Christ Gal 3:26 For you are all sons of God through faith in Christ Jesus. Gal 3:27 For all of you who were baptized into Christ have clothed yourselves with Christ. 1Co 12:13 For by one Spirit we were all baptized into one body, whether Jews or Greeks, whether slaves or free, and we were all made to drink of one Spirit.

Our Relationship To Christ Determines Our Relationship To One Another Rom 12:3 For through the grace given to me I say to everyone among you not to think more highly of himself than he ought to think; but to think so as to have sound judgment, as God has allotted to each a measure of faith. The Lord Commands Us To Bear One Another’s Burdens Gal 6:2 Bear one another's burdens, and thereby fulfill the law of Christ. The Lord Commands Us To Bear One Another’s Burdens Burdens can be almost anything that causes spiritual, emotional or physical distress Should listen to one another, pray about these burdens and encourage each other to continue serving the Lord

The Lord Commands Us To Restore One Another Gal 6:1 Brethren, even if anyone is caught in any trespass, you who are spiritual, restore such a one in a spirit of gentleness; each one looking to yourself, so that you too will not be tempted.

The Lord Commands Us To Restore One Another Humbly and gently restore others caught up in sin Restore means to mend or repair Do not wait until brethren are a to point of no return before we try to restore them back to the Lord

The Lord Commands Us To Admonish or Warn One Another Rom 15:14 And concerning you, my brethren, I myself also am convinced that you yourselves are full of goodness, filled with all knowledge and able also to admonish one another. Col 1:28 We proclaim Him, admonishing every man and teaching every man with all wisdom, so that we may present every man complete in Christ.

The Lord Commands Us To Admonish or Warn One Another Col 3:16 Let the word of Christ richly dwell within you, with all wisdom teaching and admonishing one another with psalms and hymns and spiritual songs, singing with thankfulness in your hearts to God.
