What? - Specificities I. Identified beneficiary – Public Body dealing regional R&D&I II. Beneficiary contracts project holders that beneficiary will run PCP on behalf of project holders and project holders will run commercial procurement III. Beneficiary contracts competing developers and deals with IPR issues IV. Beneficiary reimburses developers by a fix compensation by each development phase but only for those selected for the next development phase
