Provide technical and after sales service for OTR Port & Construction Sector as well as on Farm tires to the countries and customers. Contribute to solve field issues. Provide factual field performance data on Goodyear as well as competitor tires through claim data, field surveys, customer meetings, etc… Work in cross-functional team with all other involved Goodyear functions: Tire Engineering, Automotive Engineering, Q- Tech*E, Sales & Marketing, Production facilities, Countries, etc… Provide technical training to Customer Service Managers and their associates on tire adjustment conditions to align all associates through the region. To join our team you will need: Education: The candidate must have completed at least a Bachelor Degree in engineering; an engineering diploma in mechanical or automotive engineering or another related field would be preferred. Languages: The candidate must be fluent in English (written and spoken). The candidate must master at least one of the following languages: French or German. Experience: Knowledge on OTR tires, as well from design, production and application point of view is a very strong asset. Knowledge of general tire applications is a strong asset. Knowledge of tire engineering and analysis is an asset. An experience in Sales & Marketing area is an asset. IT, Soft Skills & others: Basic computer knowledge (Lotus Notes, MS Office, Internet). Good communication skills. Customer oriented. Good analytical skills. Able to work independently and in a team. Proactive and stress-resistant.
