Attached the current firmware and the upgrade instructions. Please read the whole description before starting 1: i) Open the device with the browser interface. ii) Select the page Admin. iii) Pick the function Firmware update.

2: i) Choose the attachted HEX file as FIRMWARE. ii) Type the password EMMOD203 in the field Admin Password. iii) Push the Firmware update button.

3: i) The following pop-up window appears, click OK. ii) Wait for 30 seconds. iii) The browse window gets blank and the programming is finished.

4) i) Refresh the window by pressing the button F5. ii) Select the Admin Debug page. A new entry with the date and tag new firmware appears. (1) iii) To keep a watch on the upgrade process open a telnet connection to the device. The following message appears. (2). iiii) Since version 1.12 a back-up system starts if an error (communication problem, power down, ec.) occurs during programming (after power up). If an error occurs by older versions, the device has to be replaced an flashed in the factory. (3)
