I thought this program was an excellent way to encourage new teachers to reflect on their practices and make positive changes in the classroom that will lead to improved student achievement. (Mentor- Pilot 2010)0

Working on this module has been an eye opening experience... I will never look at lesson planning the same again... By differentiating the process (grouping) and product (activities) I am able to provide support for my lower groups and challenge my advanced group. While this module may be complete, my learning has just begun. (Beginning Teacher Pilot 2010)
