X-Sale Date Search – Step 1  X-Sale Date is short for Expiration Sale Date. This search is used to select properties which sold in specific month(s). This search is useful to property and casualty insurance agents to target expiring policies before they are renewed. To select X-SALE DATE, click on the X-SALE DATE button on the Financial criteria column.

X-Sale Date Search – Step 2  You will receive the following X-DATE entry box:

X-Sale Date Search – Step 3 Click in the box(es) of the month(s) you would like to select. This will put an "X" in the box(es). The month indicates the month a property was sold. In this instance properties sold in July has been checked. There is a total of matching records.

X-Sale Date Search – Step 4 Type in the year to direct your search to homes sold in specific years. Enter a "Start Year" and an "End Year." Your search will only include properties sold in your targeted months and years. Click OK. In the example, your search results would include only properties sold in July between 1990 and a count of 3321 matching records.

X-Sale Date Search – Step 5  The Criteria Select Screen will display your X- DATE selection and the number of matching properties.

X-Sale Date Search – Step 6  Click OK (Begin Search) to receive a table displaying all properties which match your X-SALE DATE entry.
