Memorial On the year 1914 the world war begun but before gun shots were fired it was silent then the first shot was fired and no one was safe.

Poppies During the war from the field bloomed full of beautiful red and black flowers called Poppies they grew in France and now are the symbol of the war and at schools in Australia they might sell Poppies for 2 dollars or lesss.

Anzac Cookies On Anzac day some people make some cookies to eat they are wheat and taste very delicious.

Dawn Service The dawn service is a time that starts at 5:00 or 5:30 and they talk to you about the war and they lay the wreath that Tara and Joseph are laying beneath the Australian flag and they blow the bugle.
