Progression in placement modules The student learns different skills during the theoretical studies and placement studies. These skills develop gradually during their education, and in different ways during placement and in different modules. A long term goal is that the student after completing the program will show a cumulative capacity to act professionally. The students during their education, along with their teacher trainers, find ways that make the different competencies to integrated parts in the upcoming work as a teacher.

Scaling up preschool teacher education 55% are university educated preschool teachers in practice Municipalities and the government want to raise this figures GU scaling up from 200 to 500 each years – we need more PhD teachers Government focus on gender equality
