Step 1: Identify the What >Internal Meeting Identify what changes to SmartOffice would have the biggest impact for your Company ºLook at all areas New Business, Licensing, Marketing, reporting, POS Compile your own internal Wish List Internal Vote to determine your top 5

Step 2: HOW to Document your Request >What What is the need you are trying to satisfy? Specifically where in SmartOffice do you need this? >How can E-Z Data solve it? Be specific Be complete

A Few Examples >Enhance the DI Screens. >Enhance the DI detail screen by making the Benefit period and Elimination Period drop down box with custom choices instead of free formatted fields. This will allow better reporting and speed up my data entry.

A Few Examples >Open up all tables to report against >We need to be able to report against the Advisor License table and show any pending cases that may be affected because this license is now expired.

A Few Examples >I cant tell when I sent a requirement to the Home Office >I want to be able to see both when I sent a requirement to the Home Office and when they receipted it side by side on the PCM requirements screen

Voting – BGA User Meeting >Wish list items will be reviewed, discussed and voted on Each agency present will get to grade each wish list item on a scale of 1-10 points E-Z Data will weight the list of requests according to their earned points ºExample: an item getting four 10s, six 8s and fourteen 2s will earn 116 collective points We will present the prioritized list to the attendees at the conference We will distribute the prioritized list to the webinar participants
