Information required to set up an NIH eRA Commons Account: –Birthdate –Social security number – address –Full name (First, Middle Initial, Last) This information will be destroyed immediately after your account is created.
GRANTS.GOV ACCOUNT SETUP 1.Go to the Grants.gov website 2.Click on the “Applicants” tab at the top 3.Click on “Register with the Credential Provider” located in the center of the page under the Getting Started with Grants.gov heading 4.Click on “Register as an AOR” located on the Grants.gov website

CHECKING STATUS ON GRANTS.GOV Login into Grants.gov with your account Click on “Check Application Status”
NIH has received the electronic application titled " Neural Circuit & nNOS-NO on EA Analgesia " that was submitted through grants.gov. Several warnings have been generated for the application; these warnings will not block processing of the application. To view the warnings and to verify the application, log in with your username and password to the NIH eRA Commons website at Then select the Status menu item and click on the Application Identifier (TN) link next to the submitted application. You will be able to see the warnings that have been generated and view the image of the application that has been created. If desired, the warnings can be addressed and the entire corrected application submitted (select the Changed/Corrected Application Type of Submission) through Grants.gov. Please review the image. You have two business days of the applications availability in Commons to REJECT the application for any reason.
