This is the first screen, welcoming you to the Employee Self Service Portal. You will have received an containing your login Credentials. On this screen, please enter your assigned Company Name to continue your login process. 2 Login Screen – Enter Company Name

If your Company Name is correct, you should now see your Company Logo appear on the top-left. You can now enter your assigned User Name and Password to login to the website. 3 Login Screen – Enter Your UserName and Password

But if you have forgotten your Password, you could click on the Forgot Password link, and then… 4 Login Screen – Enter Your UserName and Password

… Enter your User Name and ID to have a new password automatically generated and ed out to you. Once you provide this information…. 5 Forgot Password Screen

… The above shown screen appears to confirm that your password has been automatically reset, and the new password has been ed out to your address. 6 Forgot Password Screen – Password Reset Confirmation

And, if you have entered your valid UserName and Password, you will then be transferred to the Main Dashboard Screen. You will find a welcome message on the top-right corner, along with your name and your last-login details. At any point in time, you can always return back to this screen using the home menu option. Don’t forget to sign-out before closing the browser window. Sign Out at any time, before closing your browser 8
