KtO —In a Glance Partnered with Head Start—4 year olds (160) Professional Development and Materials Delivery of GRADE Implemented Instructional Coaches (combined funds) 6 elementary schools 1 middle school coach Co-funded with Title I the purchase of a comprehensive reading and intervention program K-5-Treasures Treasures Implementation Guide teachers in 7 KtO Modules 153 teachers in 2 HEAT Modules Implemented a comprehensive K-5 literacy assessment design using DIBELS Next and GRADE

KtO--Year Implementation #4 Goal- Targeted Interventions Response to Instruction and Intervention (RtII) practices continue to be refined Elementary— In-place support of Title I and Learning Support, implementation of new assessments, data collection, and data review at grade level teams Middle School—In place support of Learning Support, Data Team, Check-In and Check-Out process for students at-risk High School RtII principal that collects, analyzes and distributes multiple data perspectives—tracking attendance, course grades, failure rates, Support systems –staffed Learning Center and after-school tutoring
