Large Lagoon Pumps to 20,000 Gallon holding tank for daily flushes. Flushes are twice per day

At the noon flush, we added 1/2 gallon of 60% Sulfree. The Sulfree was added at the beginning of the flush. This was to make sure all Sulfree was sent down stream. We did not want any Sulfree coming into contact with Teats. Cows were out the area during each flush Water flushing the flood lane. There are 4 flood lanes using about 10,000 gallons per flush.

Water is flushed to the center drain. There is another holding tank under the drain. The holding tank is pumped every 2 days. Sulfree has plenty of time to work. When full the system is pumped to the solid/liquid separator. Drain to holding tank Flow

The small lagoon collects the liquids from the separator. The lagoon takes about 4 weeks to fill and is pumped to the fields. Sulfree does not eliminate the odors from the farm but does eliminate the stench from the holding pond.
