What’s your impression on counselling? Why counselling? Have you ever enjoyed the service of personal counseling before graduation?

Many students may not truly understand the service of counseling. Some may even doubt how come a University student sees the counsellor. There are many myths about counseling. People may misunderstand counsellor help those “problem” student. It’s shameful to come to counseling service. Counsellor will disclose all his/her issue to departments……

In fact, counseling service is not only remedial. It’s a good chance for your personal growth. We inevitably encounter different problems after entering university such as interpersonal relationship, family crisis, study stress and settling into a new environment…… Many students may try their best to cope with it. However, you may aware the problem repeatedly appeared. Indeed, the problem may relate to our self esteem, family of origin, coping stances and family rules……

Counselling is good chance for you to explore your real situation and the hidden obstacles in your life. All counsellors are ready to help you to know yourself much more and understand you could have a better choice. Most importantly, we encourage you to be more congruent and raise your self esteem. Please do come and enjoy the counselling service for your personal growth via
