SLDS Student & Assessment Data – Report Highlights Course Catalog Reports – Number of high school courses for schools by Content Area Codes, State Course Codes, AP Codes, IB Codes, or CIP Codes. Student Schedule Reports – Number of high school students scheduled in courses for schools throughout the school year by Content Area Codes, State Course Codes, AP Codes, IB Codes, or CIP Codes, District Courses, and Grade Level. Grade History Reports – Number of high school students earning credit based on the last known enrollment for the school year by Content Area Codes, State Course Codes, AP Codes, IB Codes, or CIP Codes, District Courses, and Grade Level. CAA / CIA Reports – Aggregate progress of students earning a CAA/CIA. Collection of Evidence (COE) Reports – Count of students for Reading, Writing, and Mathematics for each Score Category and Percent Meeting Standard by Subgroup.

SLDS Student & Assessment Data – Quick Views When you view Quick Views, state- level report data displays by default. You can select an organization in order to access a Quick View for another organization. You can view reports for specific districts or schools based on the organization you select. Based on the data in a report, some Quick Views that are available at the district level may not be available at the school level, and vice versa. For example, if you have selected a school, Finance reports are not available as an option since they are state- and district-level reports. Select a report and/or organization.
