Connect Tree Planting Protecting the Bosque through restoration and conservation projects Protect Exciting people with new ways to enjoy this wonderful natural resource! Excite !

The projects that come from the RGV will comply with the Bosque Action Plan and other existing approval processes. An environmental consultant is in the process of being hired as an integral part of the team prior to project design. The Extraordinary Facilities Ordinance will be followed. EXTRAORDINARY FACILITIES IN OPEN SPACE are those other than trails, fencing, signs, incidental parking lots, and access roads. Protect

The RGV does not include restaurants or buildings inside the Bosque. Outside the Bosque levees might include restroom facilities, bike or kayak rentals, and maybe a place to get a bite to eat or a cup of coffee. The RGV is a conceptual visioning document. Not a blueprint for individual projects The ideas in the RGV have come from the visioning process. Not every idea in the RGV will be proposed as a project Additional input is always welcomed. Please Note
