Inserting Auto Shapes Click on insert menu Select picture sub menu and click on auto shapes menu item or insert drawing tool bar using view menu Select optional auto shape style and drag on page to draw the auto shape Select the auto shape and click draw, rotate and flip, free rotate and then using vertices, you can rotate the auto shape

Drawing Tool Bar Insert drawing tool bar (view, tool bars, drawing) You can use drawing tools in tool bar by click on tool and drag and draw on page You can also select fill color, line color, font color, shadow and also 3D style for your drawing using tools in a tool bar

Groping and Ungrouping Press shift key and select no of objects Right click on object Select grouping sub menu and click on group menu item 1. Right click on grouped object 2. Select grouping sub menu and click on ungroup menu item
