What and Why of Early Childhood Outcomes? What 3 Areas are Assessed? 1. POSITIVE SOCIAL-EMOTIONAL SKILLS (INCLUDING SOCIAL RELATIONSHIPS) 2. ACQUIRING AND USING KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS 3. TAKING APPROPRIATE ACTION TO MEET NEEDS

Who will this Impact? The COSF

EXIT Question There are 2 parts to answer for EXIT: You must re-rate the child on the EXIT (1a, 2a, and 3a) and also include sources of information. Why Involve Each of You? EXITS Exit Data is collected on COSF Form for a student with: entry data entry data in the program at least 6 months in the program at least 6 months Dismissed from services Ages out of the PPCD program while continuing to receive SPED services
