United States Coast Guard SIGNIFICANT INCIDENTS F/V Josias 16 July at the entrance to the Port of Brookings Harbor $200,000 of OSLTF used 03 personnel onboard pulled off by Coast Guard crew 300 gallons onboard Vessel floated off rocks with airbags and craned out of water

United States Coast Guard SIGNIFICANT INCIDENTS F/V New York One mile north of the Coos Bay North Jetty $20,000 of OSLTF used 03 personnel onboard swam to shore through surf zone 200 gallons onboard Vessel is total constructive loss Fuel tanks and debris removed from beach by owner
