MVA Rollover I 684 SB by Rt YOF turned around in vehicle while driving south on (per Pt.) 70mph to care for children. Pt. sts. lost control, hit guardrail and flipped multiple times. 2 children ages 1 and 3 in child seats with minor injuries. Drivers L elbow shaved to bone when drivers window blew out and vehicle scraped on roadway. Slight dislocation to L elbow with – fx. on x-ray at WMC. Drivers side door jammed. Pt. extricated collar board via passenger side. 45M2, 45M3, Katonah FD, NYSP on location as well. Initial care by RN witness who applied tourniquet proximal to L elbow PTA.
