Information His name is Sandro Botticelli His real name is Alessandro de Mariano di Vanni Filipepi Botticelli is Italian and he lived in the Italian Renaissance, Renaissance, and Florentine School periods. Born in 1445 in Florence, Italy Died on May 17,1510 in Florence Italy.

Family Botticelli had an older brother named Giovanni di Vanni Filipepi Sandro Botticelli also had other brothers named Simone di Mariano Filipepi and Antonio di Vanni Filipepi. Sandro Botticelli’s parents were Mariano di Vanni d'Amedeo Filipepi and his wife Smeralda.

Occupation When Sandro Botticelli was a boy he apprenticed as a goldsmith and then was a master painter for Filippo Lippi. Botticelli is most known for being an Italian painter of the early Renaissance era. Sandro Botticelli had many amazing and famous artwork
