TA Objectives To strengthen institutional capacity to coordinate SPCR and provide technical support To conduct feasibility studies for selected NAPA projects To provide support to community-based adaptation activities in multiple sectors To develop and disseminate adaptation knowledge toolkits and products Outcome: Sustained institutional and technical capacity in Cambodia to integrate adaptation concerns into development
