Insurance Fraud Manager a Year in Review ICD-10 Operational Robustness Performance Time To Value Lower TCO ICD-10 – Starting from our v3.3.1 introduction last July, IFM has supported ICD- 10. Even though ICD-10 continues to be delayed, our customers will be ready to implement ICD-10 whenever the government mandates its support. Operational Robustness – Our customers asked us to help provide support for IFM in claim volumes that were 10 times larger than ever before. IFM responded by redesigning every single scoring engine type; claim scoring, provider scoring, rollup scoring, intermediate analysis, and our totality statistics. Nothing escaped our architectural modifications. Performance - Since the claim volumes were increasing rapidly, our scoring performance had to increase dramatically, so that customers didn’t have to wait for weeks or even months for results. So we scoring performance was revamped resulting in performance increases of 5 to 10 times previous IFM versions. Time to Value – As part of our operational redesign, IFM put together new wizards, which helped our on-premise customers, and our internal IT team bring up a new IFM installation. Today, we have stood up a complete IFM installation in our internal IT departments within two days. Lower TCO – We introduced Linux to the scoring server options, providing customers a lower cost option to Solaris servers. 5 © 2014 Fair Isaac Corporation. Confidential.

Lower TCO – Continued transition to open source options such as Tomcat, Open LDAP and Linux. Flexibility - Transition to the new UI provides more flexibility to accommodate changes easier and faster. We continue to add the flexibility for clients to customize their drop-down lists through out the application. With the new 4.0 UI, labels or column headers can be customized for each client. Integrate with Other FICO Assets – Our clients have been requested integration with other FICO assets such as our popular Rules engine, Blaze. This conference we’ll talk how that has and can be done. 6 © 2014 Fair Isaac Corporation. Confidential.
