Interested? Talk to Connexions on Step Up Step Up is a project run by Trafford Council and Rathbone e2e. Are you a young person aged who is not in employment, education or training or leaving care? The Step Up project could be for you

What will I do? Work with Rathbone to improve your skills to help you get a job. You’ll go on a placement so you can develop your skills and abilities. You’ll work 1 or 2 days per week for 20 weeks in a Council Department.

What will I do? You will work about 16 hours in a Department. This could include filing, data input or working in parks carrying out ground maintenance. You will also spend time at Rathbone to see how you are doing.

Will I get paid? You will be paid £30 a week EMA whilst on the placement. When you have finished your placement you will receive a reference as well as access to council vacancies.
