Samsung PC Studio Manual PC Connectivity Via USB

For connection via USB, the USB driver for the Phone should be installed on the PC in advance.

Press Internet Access Insert Samsung PC Studio (PC Studio is the updated version of EasyStudio) into CD Rom

Press Next button after accepting the terms in the license agreement Press Next

Choose a location to be saved Then Press Next

Press Install Then Press Install

Wait until the Samsung PC Studio Internet Access is installing

Press Finish button

After installing Samsung PC Studio open Internet Access>then go to set up Press on Setup button

The below screen will be appeared. Select Country name and Network provider name just as given below>APN Name will be gpinternet>Connection name will be Grameenphone or GP>Phone number will be*99***1#>User name and password must be blank>then click on save button Press on Save Button

Then a new icon named GP will appear as shown below Close the window by pressing here

Then the below screen will appear again. Now press connect Press Connect button to get the internet connection

After a short while, the successful connection message will be displayed. Now you can use the Internet, using such applications as Internet Explorer or Fire fox.

PC Studio Checklist: 1.For connection via USB, the USB driver for the Phone should be installed on the PC in advance. 2.There are at least five different versions of PC Studio. Make sure you have the correct version for your phone model. You can download it from samsungmobile.com 3.Make sure your USB or Serial cable is compatible with your phone model. You can always check for the correct data cable by looking at the model number on samsungmobile.com in your phone's accessories section. 4.For PC Studio 1 and PC Studio II 1, no drivers are necessary as the original data cables of the phones using versions 1 and II-1 are serial cables which don't require any drivers. For all other PC Studio versions, you will need to install the USB driver that comes with the software if you are using a USB cable as your connection. 5.If you are using a Bluetooth dongle or IrDa port as your connection, the necessary driver(s) should be provided with their data kit and should be correctly installed and set up prior to the installation of PC Studio.
