3 Who is the next Distinguished Dietitian? He/she is the foremost dietitian in the district who excels client expectations in one of the following areas: Innovation Financial contributions Process improvement

4 A panel of five randomly selected area dietitians will review applications and vote to select the winner on August 31 st Eligible applicants must: –Exhibit behavior that exemplifies Sodexos Mission and Values, CARES behaviors and The Patient Experience while also producing positive outcomes for his/her respective client –Submit a completed Distinguished Dietitian proposal form to ASM by July 31, 2011 How is the winner selected?

5 What is awarded to the Distinguished Dietitian? 1.The opportunity to showcase his/her achievement at the annual district meeting 2.$1,000 stipend towards research, continuing education, or project development of his/her choice
