Jastrzębie Zdrój In 19th century Jastrzębie was a spa village. It was granted city rights in Nowadays - a town with a population of 100,000 inhabitants, an important coal mining centre. Education Children in Poland go to school at the age of six / seven. After primary school they go to Gimnazjum. It ends with an exam. Then they can continue their education in Liceum.

Students & Teachers Zespół Szkół is a state school. 44 teachers teach various subjects to 450 students. We learn English from the first grade. German in Gimnazjum is another foreign language. We are not bad at computer studies but our favourite is Sports. We have won a lot of competitions and matches.
