June 19, 2013| Release 20; | KToal | CONFIDENTIAL New Features and Enhancements For lenders who utilize an automated invoice feed, a new log record has been added in History to show when the invoice records are sent. Vendors are now able to log and report complaints that have been lodged against them by a borrower or other party to the lender for the purposes of tracking/monitoring potential risk issues. Lenders will be able to create Multisearch reports from the data collected in the Complaint Log. New fields have been added to the search criteria in Multisearch. For those who use Michigan Auto Title Service (MATS), bulk orders can now be created in Multisearch. [2]
