Next Click INSERT on toolbar NEW SLIDE Select slide with picture, OKAY Type in text Double click on picture
CLIP ART Type in key word or click a category Click on picture There are 4 options. 1 st option – inserts picture 2 nd option – magnifies it 3 rd option – lets you add clip to favorite list 4 th option – finds similar clips
Changing Size Click on one of the white boxes and drag
Making It Look Good Apply a design Click FORMAT on toolbar APPLY DESIGN TEMPLATE, Choose, APPLY or BACKGROUND, Choose, APPLY or SLIDE COLOR SCHEME, APPLY EDIT, UNDO to change or pick again
Make It Move Go to the 1 st slide Click SLIDE SHOW on toolbar Click CUSTOM ANIMATION Click the BOX you want to animate Click EFFECT and choose what you want Add sound, but not too much Click PREVIEW
The Slide show Click SLIDE SHOW on toolbar Click SLIDE TRANSITION Choose the effects you want APPLY to one or all slides
If You Don’t Like The Order Just click on the small slide Drag it where you want it And your presentation is ready to be seen
To Print File, Print, or Control P Choose entire presentation or individual slides Print What? Select handouts and number of slides per page. Click Grayscale Click Okay
Hints Simple font 36+ Dark font is best Short and sweet Same type of graphics Easy on the sounds Have fun
