2 Divisional Objectives (FY14): Grow & Optimize Fundraising Our People, Who Drive Our Performance: Create a professional environment that encourages and supports a highly functional resource development team. Donors: Effectively identify, qualify, cultivate, solicit, & steward prospects, donors, volunteers. Collaborate: Engage cross functional HFHI colleagues in collaborative, comprehensive prospect & donor cultivation and solicitation. Global Funding Market: Plan and implement, an aggressive investment in DM channels (face-to-face, direct mail, direct response television, phone) intended to increase flexible small- sum monthly giving $151.9 M UNRESTRICTED: Generate $85.7 M in private commitments RESTRICTED: Generate $41.2 M in private commitments GIK: Generate $25M in commitments
