Zavos Swim-up Column Add 2mL of semen directly into the bottom cone of the ZSC using the plastic pipette. Click to continue

Zavos Swim-up Column If the volume of semen is less than 2mL and does not reach the top of the cone, then gently add SpermPrep Media up to the top of the cone to make up the difference. Click to continue

Zavos Swim-up Column Using the syringe with needle, add 0.7mL of SpermPrep Media on the outside of the cone up to the top of the cone until the media touches and covers the semen. “This allows the healthy sperm to swim out of the semen and into the media.” Click to continue
