Why move to India? There are jobs in Bangalore and Mumbaii as the operating costs are lower as the wage bill is less. In the UK average wage is £200 weekly compared to £40 in India. Also the Indian workers are well educated to degree level and are fluent in English. They are prepared to work unsocial hours and there is low staff turnover. Global communications with the internet are fast and efficient
