CONFIDENTIAL June 2010 page 3 The equation that changes the game Eutelsat decided to change the equation for broadband satellite communications by:  Purchasing a satellite designed for broadband applications rather than broadcasting+  Designing a powerful multispot satellite, called KA-SAT, with significant capacity equivalent to around communications satellites used today, i.e. 70 GB+  Using KA-SAT in conjunction with a highly developed advanced ground network consisting of 8 operational gateways located all over Europe linked by high capacity fibre rings and 4 major European pops KA-SAT Eutelsat will have the most advanced satellite broadband technology, enabling us to offer consumer broadband at conditions similar to those of ADSL 2, ie high quality and speeds of up to 10Mbps

CONFIDENTIAL June 2010 page 24 VoIP over Tooway  Tooway is a full IP consumer internet access service  VoIP traffic with QoS will work over KA-SAT Tooway service as it is working currently on Pre KA-SAT Tooway service :  VoIP QoS will be setup based on distributor technical information to identify its VoIP GW  VoIP service will be billed to the distributor each month on the basis of consumed GB for VoIP services by its customers  VoIP traffic will be forwarded to the VoIP GW through internet  Each distributor will bill directly its subscribers  Tooway service will allow distributors to reuse VoIP devices of the market without any modification  VoIP with QoS is already operational on Pre-KASAT Tooway service over HB6 and EB3 satellites

CONFIDENTIAL June 2010 page 25 IPTV over Tooway  Less than 50% of ADSL subscribers are currently able to enjoy IPTV and VoD  Tooway being a full IP consumer internet access service, IPTV and VoD is feasible with same service quality over the KA-SAT service coverage  IPTV channels can transmitted over the FWD link carrier and received by the satellite modem to be forwarded to the user PC or dedicated device like IPTV STB considering:  IPTV channels are forwarded by the distributor to the KA-SAT backbone from one PoP in Europe  KA-SAT earth station transmit over the satellite (potentially over several beams) the IPTV multicast traffic multiplexed with consumer unicast traffic (IPTV channels and end user internet traffic share the same FWD link carrier)  IPTV channels are defined with the highest priority to not be impacted by potential network congestion during peak hour  Tooway service will allow distributors to reuse IPTV STB of the market without any modification  Distributors could take advantage of this IPTV feature to multicast regional live channels in complement to Ku band DTH and/or open push VoD services

CONFIDENTIAL June 2010 page 26 Over boost speed token over Tooway  Tooway is an unlimited volume service BUT with speed limits when package volume is over - passed  Tooway will provide the way to over boost the speed of the service with specific token to be sold by the distributors to their subscribers  The over boost speed token will provide full service speed access until full consumption of its associated volume so without being impacted by the FAP system  This feature is already operation on Tooway service over HB6 and EB3 satellites

CONFIDENTIAL June 2010 page 27 Tooway over KA-SAT SLA  Service connectivity SLA  End to end service availability will be higher than 99.5% over 12 sliding months per beam The end to end service unavailability in a beam is defined if one of these 2 conditions is satisfied:  95% of the active terminals of the previous hour are not any more active  less than 2 terminals are synchronized in the beam  Measurement is be done every 15mn and service availability in each beam and will be available on the OSS  Is not considering scheduled maintenance in the calculation of the availability  Operational Services Service definition NOC supportNOC average speed to answer Network operation Notification for scheduled maintenance during the night 8AM – 8PM CET / 5/7 ToowayLevel 2 and above* English language <1h after opening a trouble ticket 24/75 working days (*) First level Help desk is managed by the distributor. The first level means the direct relationship with the subscriber and the investigations for individual terminal. The distributor will escalade to tooway NOC (level 2 and above) any problem needing deeper investigations related to the global service provided or to network wide anomalies.  The minimum throughput capability is not included in the SLA for consumer services
