Proposed Criteria  WAAS NSE Does Not Degrade with Distance from Threshold.  At 668’ HAT, WAAS and ILS NSE are Equivalent.  Above 668’ HAT, LPV Uses ILS OCS.  Validate Use of ILS Criteria Adjusted for 50 M Vertical Alert Limit
